New Patients

It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments. Call 770-932-1115 to speak with a staff member and you can access the Patient Forms by clicking the button on the right. We have combined our office forms to simplify completion online. Please complete our forms at least one week before your appointment.

Paying for Dental Care

We believe it is important to not only provide the highest quality dental care, but to make this care affordable for our patients. If you have traditional dental insurance, from a major provider, we will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you to help you recover the most from your individual plan benefits.

"In Network" versus "Out of Network"

There are hundreds of insurance plans offering varying degrees of benefits and most all have an annual maximum amount. A dentist who is “in network” means that the dentist has signed a contract with the insurance company to accept whatever the insurance company is willing to pay for a procedure and the patient will not be billed for any more than their co-pay. The dentist will accept the reimbursement as payment in full. We are considered an “out of network” provider because we have not signed a contract with an insurance company to accept whatever reimbursement that the insurance company is willing to pay for a procedure in return for them putting us on their list of providers. However, we will file and accept most major insurance company plans and the patient is simply responsible for any difference between what the insurance company pays and the actual fee charged.

We also offer the following convenient and flexible payment options:

Cash: Payment in full at visit with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Insurance: Estimated co-payment of insurance at visit with cash, check, or charge (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) with most insurance plans following verification.

Financing: Affordable financing with easy monthly payments from CareCredit for 6 and 12 months interest-free plans only. Click on the image below to visit their website.

Pre-Treatment Payment Plan: A pre-arranged plan with Dr. Curington and her staff to divide the treatment costs into 2 or 3 payments that are made prior to beginning treatment.

It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with North Atlanta Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. Simply call 770-932-1115 and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel 2 Business Days in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests.

Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.

Book an appointment

Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The expert staff at North Atlanta Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth then Dr. Ashley Curington will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.

We work to ensure our patients feel comfortable, and that includes minimizing their pain as much as possible. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, Dr. Ashley Curington will meet with you to discuss your pain tolerance and create a plan for pain management. Working together, we will treat your dental health problems in a way that minimizes pain and enables you to get back to your life faster.

We accept a variety of insurance providers and endeavor to accommodate our patients' request. Please call our office at 770-932-1115 to see if we are currently working with your insurance provider.

Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the high quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. We are health care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need.

Worth the positive experience every time. Dr. Currington has taken care of my difficult dental situation for over 10 years.
